Abstract
Objective :To carry out a thorough study about food security status as well as household dietary diversity for female population of rural areas of Muzaffargarh,
Punjab Design: Cross-sectional survey was carried out. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, that were translated into local language. Household dietary diversity scores measured types of foods households consumed, and the households were classified by food security status using a modified version of the Household Food Insecurity Access Scale Study settings :Rural and Semi-urban areas of district Muzaffargarh Punjab, Pakistan
Population : The study includes women of rural populaton, more precisely the women of child bearing age in district Muzaffargarh, Punjaab, Pakistan
