Introduction: The number of cancer patients and cancer diagnoses increased dramatically over the preceding few years. Treatment strategies are also being improved in the same manner. Additionally, there are more cancer survivors today. So this study is being done to check for the problems and issues affecting the QOL of cancer survivors. Methodology: Systematic review has done from the database of Pakmedi.net and PubMed. Results: We screened 80 articles and out of those only 3 were selected for the systematic review, collectively including 282 participants. A review was carried out and showed that the overall QoL score was 5.43 with a standard deviation of 1.2. Conclusion: To enhance cancer survivors' quality of life, more study is required. Financial difficulties, dietary changes, and physical activity are just a few of the many variables that can be changed to improve the QOL of cancer survivors. Better QOL for the survivors will be achieved by addressing these variables.
